Vince has an extensive background within the Australian Automotive industry, spanning over two decades. During his incumbents at Ford Motor Company, Vince predominantly specialized in warehouse operations - beginning his role as a store man and forklift driver and gradually widening his skills and knowledge in inventory management systems & team leadership.

As a part-time venture, Vince has a technical passion for working on cars and tinkering with electronics and computers. To further widen his future career options and build on his long-term employability capabilities, Vince took up evening classes and persevered to graduating in Electronics Engineering before achieving his master’s degree in Computing.
As a trainer and assessor, Vince has had many diverse roles within his profession, covering responsibilities from liaising autonomously with clients and engaging learners in continuous training and improvement projects.
